Candlelit Slow Flow Yoga for Christians with Jessica

7:00 - 8:00 PM Room 208/210 (in the back yard June-August)

Refocus your week during this beautiful slow-flow hour. Get centered with the day's devotion and enjoy the connection of mind, body and spirit to your Creator. This therapeutic style of yoga takes joints through all range of motion, leaving you feeling mentally, physically and spiritually prepared to take on anything the week might throw at you. Come and try your first class here for free!

Sacred Vinyasa with Jes, Rickita and Tammy

If there is just one class a week that can feed your soul, it's this powerful hour-long vinyasa class that is designed to create an inner-fire that opens the heart, mind and body to deepen a yoga practice devoted to Christ. Link breath and movement in this advanced flowing style known to create strength and eliminate toxins from the body.

Christian Yoga With A Chair at Nardin Park United Methodist Church of Farmington Hills

7:00 - 8:00 PM in the Chapel with Jeanne

A class that's right for every body, experienced or not...beautiful Christian meditation paired with all levels of yoga postures. Your thoughtful instructor Jeanne says: "You might not get sweaty--but you WILL get centered!" Learn to use chairs for props and take the strain out of wrists, knees, etc. and just plain feel good. Improve your circulation, strength, focus and more as you grow closer to God. NEW! Last Tuesday of each month is a Yin (Long holding, deep relax) practice.
